What is a problem? Before you review the contents of these pages we would like to be certain that you appreciate the full meaning of the word "problem." If you think only of a problem as something that is wrong or not working correctly and needs to be fixed such as a patient with an illness, a social or economic problem, a car or a computer that won't operate (to only mention a few), you have too narrow a definition.
